Is the consultation FREE?
No. There is a small flat fee for a legal consultation. The consultation fee is required to provide you with undivided attention, legal knowledge, and experience that are the result of years of education and legal practice. The consultation will not only allow you to obtain the answers to your questions but it will also allow you to see if you want to pursue an attorney-client relationship with Ms. Ankhi-Krol.

Kindly refrain from requesting free legal consultations. The firm's policies will not be changed to accommodate requests for free consultations.
However, if you have generic questions that do not require legal advice (ie: "can you solve my problem?;" or "how long do I have to wait for a trademark to register?"), there is no fee.

"I just have a QUICK question that requires a QUICK answer. Do I have to pay a consultation fee for that, even though it'll all be very QUICK?"
Yes. Any time legal advice is being sought, no matter how quick, the nominal flat consultation fee still applies. It's important to recognize that when you're seeking quick answers, you're relying on the attorney's decades' worth of education and practice. Those did not happen quickly. That is why there's a fee for being quick.

Do I need to meet in your office?
No. In an effort to be convenient to my entrepreneurial clients, phone consultations are available during business hours. Rest assured that phone consultations provide the same valuable information as in-person consultations with the added convenience of not having to leave your home or office. Because Ankhi-Krol Law works with clients all over the world on US based Intellectual Property Law matters, we are well-equipped to work with clients without having to meet in-person.

This is my first time contacting a lawyer. Should I be nervous?
No. There is no need to be nervous about contacting Ankhi-Krol Law.
